Claudia is a recent Urban Studies, Stanford graduate. She will be completing a Masters in Urban Planning this upcoming fall. Her research interests include sustainable land use planning, environmental history, urban design, climate change impacts on coastal cities, and international environmental policy. She is currently working on a City Nature project with the center. Through the use of spatial analysis tools and techniques, the team will answer a range of questions from park conservation to access and equity in the 40 largest metropolitan areas in the United States. Her specific focus will be on answering these questions for the Los Angeles region. Her ultimate career goal is in International Sustainable Development, focusing on Latin American countries.
