Seeking to integrate relevant techniques from political science, environmental engineering, earth systems, computer science, and other disciplines to illuminate the problems of energy and the environment, Victoria explores how incentives shape environmental politics. Victoria graduated from Stanford with a Ph.D. in political science (2018) and an M.S. in civil & environmental engineering (2017). She is now an assistant professor of environmental politics at the University of Virginia.
