Longtime friends Simone Porter and Blake Pouliot come together for a program of works for the violin, all by composers with California connections. Pouliot has been called “immaculate, at once refined and impassioned” by ArtsAtlanta, while Porter has been noted in the Los Angeles Times as “lovingly lyrical, occasionally frisky… on the cusp of a major career.”
