Ilinca Popescu

Growing up in Columbia, Missouri, Ilinca developed a passion for urban agriculture and land conservation. At Stanford as a Land Systems major in the Earth Systems Program, she has explored interdisciplinary methods with respect to resource management, including water quality and economic research at the Henry’s Fork Foundation through the Bill Lane Center’s internship program. She is interested in applications of land use research with respect to risk mitigation, food sovereignty advocacy, and community welfare.
