Prior to Stanford, Rebecca worked as a Science Policy Fellow for the Science and Technology Policy Institute (STPI), a Federally-funded research and development center that supports the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) and other science-conducting agencies of the federal government. She worked primarily on local climate change adaptation and Earth observations.
