Shiran Victoria Shen

Victoria is a senior research scholar at the Precourt Institute for Energy and a visiting assistant professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Stanford.  Her primary research pipeline explores how incentives, institutions, and information influence climate and environmental actions at the governmental and group levels.  Her first book is The Political Regulation Wave: A Case of How Local Incentives Systematically Shape Air Quality in China (Cambridge University Press, 2022).  You can learn more about her work at http://svshen.com
