Chapman Caddell

Chapman Caddell is an undergraduate majoring in history with honors in the arts. Raised in Houston, Texas, his family has since moved (back home) to Carmel, California. Given his historical interests in economics, infrastructure, and nationalisms—his history thesis deals with mid-century pan-Americanism—he's spending the summer researching rural broadband in the American West.
